In one of my final coaching certification classes, we learned some things that distinguish a good coach from a master coach. Although there were many characteristics, the one that resonated with me the most was being fearless. A fearless coach relies on their intuition and digs beneath the surface. A fearless coach will ask the difficult question, the one they intuitively feel needs to be asked. I loved this concept of being fearless so much that I started to think about how I could incorporate more fearlessness in my day-to-day life. I started doing small things like cutting off 8 inches of my hair. Truly, what was the worst thing that could happen? It will grow back, and I always wanted to see what short hair would look like on me. Hosting my first webinar was my next item. Finally, booking a solo adventure trip was my next fearless act this week. You don't have to jump out of an airplane or bungee jump to be fearless. What can you do to incorporate fearlessness into your life?...
